This Data Submission Policy outlines the guidelines for submitting reviews, photos, and any other user-generated content (collectively, "User Content") to the Jester Comedy App. By submitting User Content, you agree to follow these guidelines and grant us certain rights to use your User Content.

1. Ownership and Rights

   By submitting User Content to the Jester Comedy App, you affirm that:

   • You are the sole creator and owner of the intellectual property rights to the content, or you have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and consents needed to use and to authorize us to use the User Content as described in this policy.
   • The User Content does not and will not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or other personal or proprietary rights.

2. Prohibition of Third-Party Content Without Consent

   You must not submit any content that you do not own or have permission to use. Specifically, you may not submit content taken from online resources, social media platforms, or any other sources without explicit written consent from the original owner of the content. We strongly advise that you submit content that you have personally created or for which you have a clear license or permission to use.

3. Grant of License

   By submitting User Content to the Jester Comedy App, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, and create derivative works from your User Content in any manner existing now or in the future. This may include, but is not limited to, promoting and redistributing part or all of the Jester Comedy App (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.

4. Liability and Indemnification

   You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jester, LLC, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expenses (including attorneys' fees), arising out of or in connection with:

   • Your User Content;
   • Your use of the Jester Comedy App;
   • Your breach of this policy;
   • Your violation of any rights of another party, including any copyright infringement.

   You understand and agree that you are personally responsible for your behavior on the Jester Comedy App. You agree that if you submit User Content that is owned or copyrighted by someone else without their explicit written consent, you will be liable for any damages, legal actions, and implications incurred by or accused upon Jester, LLC as a result.

5. No Obligation to Use

   Submission of User Content does not guarantee that Jester, LLC will use or display such content. We reserve the right to select, edit, distribute, and remove any User Content at our discretion, without prior notice, and for any reason.

6. Changes to Data Submission Policy

   We reserve the right to update or modify this Data Submission Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Jester Comedy App website. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Data Submission Policy.
